Our Strategic Direction

Zhejiang Changshan Electronic Technology Co. Ltd will provide a comprehensive coverage of the different functional areas of our organisation, and important areas such as innovation, knowledge and technology strategy.
As Director of Global Strategy, it is important to explore the strategic contribution our organisation provides to both the Chinese and Overseas Energy sectors, that is inclusive of the business of marketing, finance and operations.
It is our corporate goal to achieve our main objectives that are essential to energy policies and plans pertinent to the global energy needs. We define what business our clients are in and we are concern with generating value from the resources and the underlying principles of the sustainable competitive advantages of those resources of our partners.
Our way of creating an international perspective is to use our international experience; working with overseas teams and agents. One of the primary benefit of such experience is that it help us to learn and how to evaluate situations.
Secondly we develop an international focus by emphasising the importance of our international activities.
